This policy explains when you can cancel and what you get back when you buy from GPSBABA (run by Mihir Kelkar, Mumbai) on gpsbaba.com.
GPSBABA only plans trips. It does not book them. So this policy covers my planning fees only. For hotels, transport or tickets you booked yourself, the refund rules of those providers apply.
1. Custom trip plans
- If you send your cancellation or refund request on WhatsApp within 24 hours of paying and before your first draft is delivered: 100% refund. The time of your WhatsApp message counts, even if I reply after 24 hours.
- Cancel after 24 hours, but before your first draft is delivered: 75% refund. I keep 25% for the work already done.
- Duplicate or accidental double payments: I refund the duplicate payment in full.
- Cancel after your first draft is delivered: no refund.
Example: you paid ₹1,000 for a 5-day plan and cancel 2 days later, before your first draft arrives. You get ₹750 back.
If your first draft reaches you within 24 hours of paying, the “after your first draft is delivered” rule applies, and no refund is possible.
2. Extra corrections and postponed trips
Extra corrections cost ₹200 per day, only for the days that need changes, and cover 3 new drafts for those days. Postponement replanning costs ₹50 per day for all days of the trip, because I must recheck and change every day. Both fees are non-refundable once I have started the work. Example: a 5-day trip postponed costs 5 × ₹50 = ₹250.
3. Ready-made itineraries
- Before you pay, you will see a confirmation of exactly which itinerary you are buying. Please check it carefully.
- Ready-made itineraries are non-refundable once the download link has been sent to you.
- If a file doesn’t open, tell me and I will send you a replacement in another format.
- Free itineraries cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
4. How to cancel or ask for a refund

5. When you get your money back
- Approved refunds are sent back by UPI to the person who made the original payment.
- You will receive the refund within 7 working days of it being approved.
