Welcome to GPSBABA. These terms apply when you use gpsbaba.com or buy a custom trip plan or a ready-made itinerary from GPSBABA.

GPSBABA is a trading name used by Mihir Kelkar, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is not a registered company. In these terms, “GPSBABA”, “I” and “me” mean Mihir Kelkar trading as GPSBABA, and “you” means the person using the site or buying a service.

By paying for a service, you agree to these terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Delivery Policy.

1. What I offer

  • Custom trip plans: a personalised, day-by-day travel plan based on the trip questionnaire you fill in.
  • Ready-made itineraries: itineraries I have already written, sold as digital downloads. Some are free.

2. Prices and payment

Custom trip plans

  • The price is ₹200 per travel day. For example, a 5-day trip costs ₹1,000.
  • You pay the full amount upfront, together with your trip questionnaire. There is no advance and no balance to pay later.
  • You can pay by UPI or any other payment method shown on the site. If you pay by UPI, please send a screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp to +91 9833410231 so I can confirm it.

Ready-made itineraries

  • Paid itineraries cost ₹499 each. Some itineraries are free.
  • Before you pay, you will see a confirmation of exactly which itinerary you are buying.

Tax

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GPSBABA is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

3. What a custom plan includes

  • 3 drafts: your first draft plus 2 rounds of corrections.
  • Corrections must be requested within 30 days of your payment.
  • Your first draft is delivered within 7 calendar days. See the Delivery Policy for details.

4. Extra corrections

After your 3 drafts are used up, or for any change requested more than 30 days after payment:

  • Extra corrections cost ₹200 per day, only for the days being changed.
  • Each day you pay for covers the next 3 drafts for that day.
  • Example: you bought a 5-day plan for ₹1,000. After your 3 drafts, you want to change only day 3. You pay ₹200.

5. If your trip is postponed

If your trip dates change after your plan has been delivered, I can replan it for the new dates for ₹50 per day for every day of the trip. I charge this for all days because I must recheck and change every day, including new hotel and transport options and festival closures on the new dates. Example: a 5-day trip postponed costs 5 × ₹50 = ₹250.

6. I am a trip planner, not a travel agent

  • My plans are for planning and information only.
  • I do not book hotels, transport, tickets or anything else, and I do not act as a travel agent.
  • Prices, timings and availability can change after I prepare your plan. Please check important details again before you book or travel.
  • You are responsible for your own bookings, visas, travel insurance and safety.

7. Your information

  • Please give me complete and accurate trip details: dates, number of travellers, budget, preferences and anything else that affects the trip.
  • Your plan is only as good as the information you share. I am not responsible for problems caused by details that are wrong or missing.

8. How we stay in touch

  • I will contact you on WhatsApp or email, using the details you give me.
  • Please keep your request number handy when you message me. It helps me find your order quickly.

9. Using my plans and itineraries

  • All plans and itineraries, custom or ready-made, are for your personal use and your own travel group only.
  • Please do not resell, share, copy or publish them, in full or in part, without my written permission.
  • All content on gpsbaba.com, including text, photos and itineraries, belongs to GPSBABA unless stated otherwise.

10. Limit of liability

My total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

11. Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests are accepted only on WhatsApp, with your request number. Please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
